The article is devoted to the analysis of the psychological features of the correction of interpersonal conflicts within the functioning of small social groups. The purpose of the article is to investigate the features of the psychocorrection of interpersonal conflicts in small social groups and to generalize modern psychological approaches to their understanding and overcoming. The study used methods of analysis and generalization of scientific literature, comparative analysis of psychological approaches to the study of conflicts, as well as systematization of theoretical and applied models of psychocorrection of interpersonal interaction in small social groups. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the comprehensive generalization of modern theoretical and applied approaches to the psychocorrection of interpersonal conflicts in small social groups and in the systematization of psychological mechanisms of their occurrence and overcoming. The study integrated classical socio-psychological concepts of conflict with modern approaches to self-regulation and stress management, which allowed to expand the idea of psychocorrectional possibilities of influencing conflict interaction in small groups. The work summarizes the main types of causes of conflicts, determines their connection with the features of group dynamics, role expectations and emotional stress of interaction participants. A systematization of approaches to psychocorrection of conflict behavior is proposed, which includes cognitive, socio-psychological, negotiation and psychoregulatory mechanisms of influence, and also shows the possibilities of their combined application in various social contexts. The practical conditions for the effectiveness of psychocorrectional methods in small social groups, in particular in professional, educational and youth groups, are additionally specified, which allows us to consider conflict not only as a destructive factor of interaction, but also as a potential resource for the development of group relations and increasing the psychological competence of interaction participants. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using systematic psychocorrectional approaches and methods, in particular negotiation techniques, socio-psychological trainings of conflict competence and emotional self-regulation practices, in the work of psychologists, teachers and team leaders to prevent and constructively resolve interpersonal conflicts in small social groups.
