Publication conditions

The editorial office is temporarily not accepting submissions due to the ongoing re-registration of the journal as a professional publication in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 19, 2026, No. 56, “On Amendments to the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine” (registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2026, No. 129/45523). Submissions will resume upon the approval of the updated List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine.

To publish an article in the scientific journal "Problems of Chemistry and Sustainable Development" № 1, 2026, it is necessary to take the following step until January 27, 2026 (inclusively):

▶ fill in an application (links)

▶ send an article formatted in accordance with the specified requirements and a copy of the receipt of publication fee payment to chemistry@journals.vnu.volyn.ua .

The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

No submission fee is charged. After receiving the editorial board's confirmation of article approval, payment details for the publication fee are provided.

The publication fee is 1200 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is 50 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version. The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.

If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.

The author should send the payment confirmation (a scanned payment slip or its photo) to e-mail chemistry@journals.vnu.volyn.ua.

Example of registration of the electronic file name: Shevchenko_I.I._article, Shevchenko_I.I._receipt.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website until April 30, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it until May 30, 2026.
