Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy

The Editorial Board of the journal recognizes the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in academic activities and permits their use provided that the principles of academic integrity, responsibility, and transparency are upheld.

The use of AI tools (including, but not limited to, ChatGPT, DeepL, Grammarly, and others) is allowed solely as an auxiliary means in the preparation of manuscripts. AI cannot be considered an author or co-author of a scholarly work.

Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their manuscripts, the accuracy of the data presented, the correctness of references, and compliance with ethical standards, regardless of the use of AI technologies.

The use of AI is permitted for:

  • language editing and improvement of text style;
  • translation;
  • technical assistance in structuring and formatting the manuscript.

The following practices are not permitted:

  • submitting AI-generated text as the result of one’s own scientific research;
  • creating or using fabricated data;
  • generating non-existent sources or references;
  • concealing the use of AI.

If AI tools have been used, the author must disclose this in the manuscript (for example, in the “Acknowledgements” section or in a note), specifying the nature of such use.

Reviewers are not permitted to use AI tools to process or analyze manuscripts or to share submitted materials with third parties, as this violates the principles of confidentiality in the peer review process.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject a manuscript or retract a published article in case of violations of this policy.
