CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC PROJET AS A PHRNOMENON OF CONTEMPORARY CULTURE

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to outline the specifics of the cultural and artistic project as a phenomenon of contemporary culture and to identify the leading modes of its functioning in the contemporary cultural space of Ukraine. The methodology of the article is based on phenomenological, historical, structural and functional, analytical methods and approaches. The scientific novelty of the article lies in identifying the modes of understanding the essence of the cultural and artistic project in humanitarian knowledge and highlighting its modern conceptual, structural and functional specifics. Conclusions. The actualization of the cultural and artistic project with the pluralism of the paradigmatic guidelines of the metamodern, reflects the revision of axiological orientations and algorithms of artistic communication. The author emphasizes the regulatory and legal certainty, the variety of definitions of this phenomenon in the context of sociocultural project activities, event management and art history. The leading conceptual modules of cultural and artistic project are identified, such as: historical, aimed at actualizing spiritual experience and historical memory; glocalising, regional, focused on enhancing ethnic identification, preserving and developed locus culture, including authentic culture; educational, artistic and communicative, aimed at actively introducing an individual to the artistic space (in particular, one type of art); representative, aimed at demonstrating contemporary national art; consolidating, civic-identifying, patriotic, aimed at capturing the new image of the nation in its struggle for identity and sovereignty. It is noted that the features of a cultural and artistic project as a new form of the nation`s spiritual existence, focused on the elevation of the spiritual heritage and multidimensional promotion of the new image of Ukraine in the world, are multicomponent, synthetic nature; resonance with the actual problems of the spiritual existence of society; conceptual, organizational and structural variability; joint activities of the state, civil society institutions, and the artistic elite; location in the time and space; innovation in the representation of significant cultural and artistic achievements; actualization of the consolidation, cultural-diplomatic, social and communicative concepts.
