DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY TO PREVENT THE REJECTION OF NEWBORN CHILDREN OF WOMEN AT RISK

Abstract

Article author researches the problems of infants refugee, describes the possibilities of female social support improvement especially in risk groups under the circumstances of joint territorial community, backgrounds introduction of new interaction forms of social services and social-medical community services in solving of precocious and development of different forms of deviate motherhood. Article contains analysis of social-psychological reasons of refugee mother behaviour, consequences of deviate paternity formation, characteristics of preventive services to foresee of infants refugees by the women of risk groups in cooperation with social services and social-medical community services. Work aim is to describe most common reasons of mothers refugeeing from infants, backup ways of improvement of social work with future mothers of risk groups in joint territorial communities. Research methods: method of systamatical analysis to get the conceptual basis of refugeeing like a social phenomenon, factors analysis – to systemize reasons of refugeeing appearance as a form of mother deviate behavior; document analysis method – to describe organizational basis of social work with future mothers of risk group to refuse from infants in joint territorial communities Scientific novelty of received results is in theoretical description of ways of improvement of social work practice to avoid refusal from infants, preventive work with risk group mothers to avoid refusal from social services and socialmedical services of community. Conclusions. Article author proves that meaning of the de-institualisation of children from 0 to 3 years old in our country has to concentrate on the question of preventing of mothers refusal from babies. Results achievement is to decrease number of refusal cases by increasing the quality of social services to the women of risk groups via improving the level of cooperation with medical health institutions in identifying in time possibilities of women refusal.
