THE TECHNOLOGY OF ORGANIZING THE REINTEGRATION PROCESS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN SOCIETY

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the implementation of the process of reintegration of servicemen and veterans in the conditions of modern society. An analysis of scientific works on the research problem was carried out with the aim of formulating the concept of "reintegration" in the paradigm of working with military personnel and determining the main factors that determine the success of the process of reintegration of a certain category of citizens. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of leading scientific research and the study of world experience in the reintegration of servicemen and veterans, the main stages of this process have been determined, and the priority activities for each of them have been outlined. The purpose of the research covered in the article is to determine the general technology of the process of reintegration of servicemen and veterans and outline the specific stages of the process of reintegration in the conditions of modern society. To achieve the goal, the main tasks have been defined, namely: to theoretically investigate the leading scientific experience of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the reintegration of certain categories of citizens and military personnel in particular; determine the main stages of the process of reintegration of servicemen and veterans, analyze the key aspects of each stage; to determine the prospects for further research and directions for the implementation of empirical research. Achieving the set goal and solving the set tasks was carried out with the help of theoretical research methods (analysis, comparison, identification of essential features of the process and phenomenon, etc.). The conclusions confirm that the problem of reintegration of servicemen and veterans into civilian life in Ukraine is acute and complex and multifaceted. The reintegration process itself involves the return or entry of servicemen into social groups by restoring or forming social ties and relationships, defining a new social role, acquiring social experience and the necessary social competence. Also defined. The novelty of the research consists in determining the main levels of interactions at which the process of reintegration of servicemen and veterans takes place, which reveals the peculiarities of the construction of the very technology of the process in the conditions of modern society. Prospects for further research are to determine the factors of effective reintegration at different levels of social interaction and the development and planning of specific programs and measures for the reintegration of servicemen and veterans.
