WORK OF SOCIAL WORKERS IN INTERDISCIPLINARY MOBILE TEAMS: ANALYSIS OF ABROAD EXPERIENCE AND DOMESTIC PRACTICES DURING THE WAR IN UKRAINE

The article substantiates the relevance of social work in the conditions of new social challenges in interdisciplinary mobile teams to increase the effectiveness of solving complex social cases. The purpose of the publication was to carry out an analysis of foreign and domestic experience in providing social assistance to various categories of the population on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach and collaboration of specialists. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and the work experience of specialized social institutions on the provision of social services in the conditions of the work of multidisciplinary teams of specialists, the main principles and guiding principles in the practice of the work of specialists of various specialties are highlighted in order to improve the quality of the provision of social services in the field of public health. Important aspects in the organization of high-quality work of specialists of a multidisciplinary team were determined, as well as important competences that future specialists of the social sector should acquire, which will enable them to work in the field of public health protection in the conditions of cooperation of various specialists on the basis of a multidisciplinary approach to solving complex problems of clients who appear in conditions of new social challenges (wars, pandemics and their consequences). The structure of a multidisciplinary team of specialists and the specifics of the organization of their work in solving various social problems in Ukraine and abroad are given. The description of the work experience of domestic social institutions of the public and state sectors in the direction of social work with various target groups using a multidisciplinary approach that can be applied by specialists in the social field-providers of social services who work in the conditions of war in Ukraine is given. Prospects are outlined for further work on improving the quality of social services based on the implementation of progressive foreign experience in providing social assistance as part of multidisciplinary mobile teams in the field of public health, as well as training social sector specialists for appropriate work on the basis of a multidisciplinary approach, which will contribute to improving the quality of provision of social services in the conditions of new social challenges.
