SOCIO-PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF A CULTURE OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE BY PUBLIC HEALTH SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The article, based on a systemic approach, substantiates the socio-pedagogical conditions for the formation of a culture of a healthy lifestyle among young people within the framework of the public health system. It is proven that the problem of forming such a culture is the subject of interdisciplinary research, combining the efforts of specialists in social pedagogy, medicine, psychology and social work. The culture of a healthy lifestyle is interpreted as a complex integral personal formation that combines a system of knowledge about health, value orientations, stable motivation and practical health-preserving skills. The work reveals the essence of socio-pedagogical conditions as a multi-component process aimed at creating such a social and educational environment that contributes to the awareness of the value of health by young people as a key personal and social resource. The structure of these conditions includes internal factors, such as readiness for self-discipline, and external influences related to the organization of preventive and educational work. Particular attention is paid to a thorough justification of motivational, organizational, educational and intersectoral components, which do not function in isolation, but are closely interconnected. Motivational conditions are aimed at developing an internal need for health promotion, while organizational conditions ensure the accessibility of public health programs. The educational component is implemented through the integration of health-saving content into the system of formal and informal education using interactive methods. The leading role of public health specialists who perform educational, motivational and coordination functions, acting as mediators between youth and state and public institutions, is determined. It is emphasized that it is the intersectoral approach that allows combining the efforts of social services, educational institutions and government bodies to achieve sustainable positive changes in the behavior of youth. The comprehensive implementation of these conditions creates the prerequisites for increasing the effectiveness of sociopedagogical activities and developing new models of health care in the face of modern social challenges
