THE READINESS OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS TO ORGANIZE VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES IN MILITARY CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actualization of the process of professional training of future social workers for the organization of volunteer activities in wartime. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the training system and the formation of readiness of future social workers to organize volunteering. The main research methods are analysis, comparison and synthesis of scientific literature on the problem of training social professionals to volunteer; abstraction and design of the system of professional readiness of future social workers to organize volunteer activities; systematization and generalization of research results. It was found that the process of preparing future social workers for the organization of volunteer work should be purposeful, systematic and include effective methods and forms of work. Volunteering of students while studying in higher education is one of the important forms of their participation in public life as a leading area of socialization and one of the means of acquiring skills and abilities of professional activity. Awareness of the fact that we simply do not have specialists trained to work in military conditions, but there is a firm belief that social professionals are able to quickly and efficiently build a new system of assistance to people, develop and implement new techniques and technologies based on their own experience as an organizational center for the accumulation and transmission of new professional experience and knowledge. Modern socio-economic and political transformations actualize the expansion of the activities of social workers and improve the content of their training, in particular in the organization of volunteer activities during the war. Today, new areas of volunteerism have appeared: assistance to war victims; assistance to wounded soldiers in military hospitals; moral and psychological assistance to the defenders of Ukraine and their families; moral and psychological and rehabilitation work with IDPs. The author investigates the importance of the work of the Student Social and Psychological Service of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education and the Volunteer Organization "TOGETHER" in Uman; the idea of the organization of volunteer activity in the conditions of war and features of work of volunteers is opened.
