FEATURES OF CASE MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY IN CONDITIONS OF MARTIME

Abstract

The article considers the features of the technology of case management under martial law. The importance of information in the modern professional activity of a social worker is analyzed. The role of technology is revealed, namely: case management in work with persons/families who found themselves in difficult life circumstances due to damage caused by fire, natural disaster, catastrophe, hostilities, terrorist act, armed conflict, temporary occupation. Theoretical analysis of the possibilities of using the technology of case management, namely: the provision of social services in an emergency (crisis) under martial law is carried out. The peculiarities of case management are determined – assistance in overcoming or minimizing difficult life circumstances of the client in the most optimal way of organizing the provision of services by: interaction with him and his immediate environment, involvement of necessary specialists and coordination of their actions according to client needs and community resources. Based on the implementation of the adopted laws and orders, it will be possible to ensure the prompt provision of social services to persons / families affected by the state of emergency or martial law in Ukraine in order to preserve their lives and health. It is determined that in the conditions of martial law, social services should be provided urgently (in crisis). Such organization of work ensures prompt decision-making on the provision of social services. The form of the act on rendering social services to an adult in an emergency (crisis) is considered. It is established that the implementation of the adopted laws and orders will make it possible to ensure the prompt provision of social services to persons / families affected by the state of emergency or martial law in Ukraine in order to preserve their lives and health.
