PUBLIC ORGANIZATION AS A CENTER FOR YOUTH SOCIAL SECURITY: ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECT

Abstract

The article analyzes normative acts and scientific sources that highlight the concepts of «public organization», «youth public organization», «children’s public organization», «public association»; features of the activity of the «SpivDiya» platform are described; the types of activities of the platform are singled out; the first organizations and youth centers, hubs, spaces of youth councils, on the basis of which the activities of the «SpivDiya» platform were launched; the experience of SpivDia’s work in the Cherkasy region is summarized; the main forms of volunteer work with children and young people within the scope of the work of SpivDia are presented. Ecosystems of projects of the SpivDia platform are singled out – pedagogical and psychological support for children «SpivDia for children», accommodation of internally displaced persons «SpivDia-Shelter», legal support «SpivDia – legal service», support for entrepreneurs «SpivDia-entrepreneurs», support in employment «SpivDiya-Employment». The Law of Ukraine defines that «a youth public association is a voluntary association of individuals aged 14 to 35, and/or youth public organizations to ensure the realization and protection of the rights and freedoms of young people, the satisfaction of their social, in particular economic, social , cultural, ecological and other needs and interests». The public organization is the main manager of its publicity and its own potential and is based in its activities on the life experience of its members. The purpose of the article is to analyze the management aspect of a public organization as a center of social welfare for youth. Research materials and methods: analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific sources on the researched problem. The main goal of the «SpivDiya» platform is to create a complex ecosystem for the assistance and integration of internally displaced persons and those who find themselves in difficult life circumstances due to military operations.
