EMOTIONAL MATURITY AS A CONDITION OF PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

Abstract

The results of researches by G. M. Breslau, O. Zaporozhets, Ya. Z. Neverovich, O. Kulchytska, E. Nosenko, A. Olshannikova, E. Khomsky, O. Yakovlevoy and others. aimed at revealing certain regularities of the formation of the emotional sphere; in the studies of K. Abulkhanova-Slavsk, L. Antsiferova, L. Bozhovich, B. Bratus, A. Maslow, V. Morgun, V. Yadov, L. Mitin, Yu. Povarenkova, E. Zier, V. Ponomarenko, N. Pryazhnikov, J. Vernoy discloses the meaning of the concepts of "maturity" and "personal maturity", determines the factors of personality development, the problem of in-depth knowledge of emotional maturity is actualized [2]. The issue of the peculiarities of the development of emotional maturity in the process of professional development of the person is revealed, and a generalization of a number of scientific works showed that the successful adaptation of man to the professional environment depends on the level of the formation of emotional maturity. Equally important is the question of studying the emotional maturity of specialists in the social field, where it is presented in the list of professionally important qualities. Emotional maturity has the ability to regulate all spheres of human mental life, creating the basis for the formation of professional activity, which within the profession of a psychologist is considered as a professionally important quality.
