MONITORING STUDY OF THE LEVEL OF TRAINING OF THE SOCIAL WORKER TO CREATE AN ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENT IN THE OTG SYSTEM

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to conduct a monitoring study of the level of training of a social worker to create an accessible environment in the system of OTG. It was determined that for the study of the motivational component of the social worker's readiness to create an accessible environment in the OTG system, we used the valid methodology of the TOM "Test of motivational orientations", developers: L. Borgioni, L. Petita, K. Barbaranelli, adaptation was carried out by L. Burlachuk, Kh. Rakhubovska. In order to study the motivational orientations of the social worker to create an accessible environment in the OTG system, the TOM method was used: a questionnaire designed to measure the motives that guide behavior in professional conditions. This technique is based on McClelland's theory of needs and Berlin's theory; the questionnaire is aimed at measuring the three motivational orientations identified by McClelland, as well as a separate aspect of the need for success - the orientation to novelty considered in Berlin's theory - was carried out. The following psychodiagnostic methods were used during the assessment of the personal-adaptive criterion of the level of training of social workers to create an accessible environment: "Emotional self-awareness" method (O. Vlasova); Questionnaire of emotional intelligence "EmIn" (D. Lucin). The results of the research are based on the position of 200 senior students majoring in Social Work. In the course of conducting an experimental study, results were obtained that indicate different levels of development of emotional intelligence of future social workers in the context of readiness to create an accessible environment in the OTG system. The levels of emotional self-awareness of future social workers (according to O. Vlasova's method) and emotional intelligence of future social workers according to D. Lyusin's method were also determined.
