TRAINING OF THE SOCIAL WORKER TO CREATE AN ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to highlight the features of training a social worker to create an accessible environment in the system of a united territorial community. It was determined that the main task of modern training of social workers is to create an accessible environment in the system of the united territorial community. It was found that the formation of professional abilities, skills and competencies of the future social worker will contribute to the construction of personal learning trajectories based on the personal profile of inclusive competence and compliance with modern requirements and the personal professional vector of development. It was found that one of the priorities of training social workers to create an accessible environment in the system of the united territorial community is the introduction of a personoriented approach to education. It has been established that the preparation of social workers to create an accessible environment in the system of the united territorial community involves several stages: motivation and emotional desire to perform their duties in the community center system; the ability to communicate with different categories of the united territorial community. It was determined that social workers who need to work on creating an accessible environment in the system of the united territorial community contribute cognitive deepening to the process of organizing various types of organizations, taking into account the capabilities of the residents of the united territorial community. It was determined that the subjects of the formation process of preparation for the creation of an accessible environment in the system of the united territorial community are teachers, psychologists, doctors, medical personnel, children and parents. The conditions for training future social workers to create an accessible environment in the system of the united territorial community are highlighted. It was established that the method of training future social workers includes four stages: propaedeutic, theoretically operational, productive and reflective-evaluative.
