ANALYSIS OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM "SOCIAL ASSISTANCE" SPECIALTY 232 SOCIAL SECURITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LABOR MARKET

Тhe article analyzes the educational and professional program "Social Assistance" of specialty 232 Social Security in accordance with the requirements of the labor market: a survey of higher education applicants, graduates of this specialty, employers of organizations and social protection institutions was conducted to determine the compliance of the structure and content of the educational and professional program and professional competencies. The questioning of higher education applicants was carried out to study the level of awareness of the normative content of training of higher education applicants, formulated in terms of learning outcomes of the educational program; realization of the right to choose academic disciplines by applicants for higher education; practical training; structural and logical construction of the educational process according to the curriculum of the educational program; opportunities to master the educational program in terms of internal/international academic mobility; requirements for the availability of a system of internal assurance of higher education quality. The survey of graduates was conducted to study the quality of higher education provided to university graduates, identify priorities for improving the quality of higher education and the quality of the educational process to improve professional training and develop competencies for the needs of labor market. The survey among employers was conducted to study the quality of higher education provided to university graduates, monitor the effectiveness of cooperation with business and establish effective communication, identify priorities for improving the quality of higher education and the quality of the educational process, and identify mutually beneficial forms of cooperation between Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University and employers to improve the practical training of specialists. It has been determined that the structure and content of the educational and professional program "Social Assistance" of specialty 232 Social Security provides for a logical and consistent disclosure of such basic problems as the place of social assistance in the social structure of the country at different stages of its historical development; the main models of social assistance and social security that have operated in our country and abroad; the system of professional training of specialists in the field; types, forms, methods, principles and levels of implementation of this work with different categories of the population; interconnection of social security, state policy, law and public consciousness as an indicator of a welfare state.
