INNOVATIONS OF SOCIAL WORK REGARDING ENSURING THE RIGHT OF THE CHILD TO THE FAMILY: SUPPORTING FAMILIES FROM "THE CHILD IS NOT ALONE" CHAT-BOT

The article presents material on the approval and implementation of an innovation in social work, which creates favorable conditions for individuals/families to make a responsible decision to accept an orphaned child, a child deprived of parental care, or a child in difficult life circumstances. The purpose of the article: to reveal the meaning of the functioning of the chatbot "The child is not alone", to characterize the essence and main stages of support for persons/families who registered in the chatbot and expressed a desire to adopt a child into their family. An excursion was made on the history and tasks of the "Child is not alone" chatbot. The main stages of support for families who registered in the chatbot and filled out the relevant application are disclosed: informational and organizational (notification of individuals/ families about the start of training, invitation to training, clarification of lists of training participants, registration and organizational support during training); educational and motivational (conducting online training according to the express course program, basic preparation of families to accept a child during online classes, joining regional telegram groups); normative and advisory (supporting individuals/families in their decision to adopt a child, create any family form of upbringing, assistance in further actions); summarizing and monitoring (monitoring of trained families and assistance in further actions). The services provided to families by the moderator of the regional telegram group "The child is not alone", in particular services for solving organizational issues related to the creation and functioning of the educational group; services for the selection and placement of informational and methodical materials for group members; consulting, advice, surveys/research services, etc. Statistical information is provided regarding the number of families who have received training and the activities of moderators of regional telegram groups.
