PHILOSOPHICAL-ANTHROPOLOGICAL APPROACH IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF MASTER’S STUDENTS IN THE SPECIALTY OF «SOCIAL WORK»

Abstract

The article examines the features of the philosophical and anthropological approach in the process of professional training of master’s students in the specialty «Social work». Education in today’s conditions should be oriented towards the adaptation of the individual to life in new civilizational conditions and the accumulation of socially significant personal knowledge. Reflection on various forms and methods of education is one of the defining features of modern philosophical anthropology. The need to solve acute social problems in modern Ukraine is highlighted, which places a requirement on higher education institutions to improve the quality of professional training of social work specialists at the «master’s» level. It is established that the philosophical-anthropological approach in pedagogy has a stable, long-standing tradition, the convergence of philosophical anthropology forms a productive complex with a specific task of approaching human subjectivity. It is shown that the philosophical-anthropological approach, implemented in the plane of the concept of anthropocentrism, focuses attention on human individuality and on the conscious development of rational, analytical, critical thinking. The need to analyze various aspects of the philosophical-anthropological approach in the process of professional training of master’s students in the specialty «Social work», given its humanistic orientation, is substantiated.The scientific novelty lies in substantiating the feasibility of a philosophical-anthropological approach in the process of professional training of master’s students in the specialty «Social work». The conclusion is made that the issues of philosophical anthropology are quite naturally combined with the process of professional training of master’s students, future specialists in the field of social work.
