ЗАХОДИ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ ДІТЕЙ З ІНВАЛІДНІСТЮ, ЩО СТАНОВЛЯТЬ ЗМІСТ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ПОСЛУГ

The article analyzes state standards and other regulatory legal acts that relate to the specifics of the organization and provision of such social services as prevention, social rehabilitation, mentoring, care and upbringing of children in conditions close to family, “personal assistant”, early intervention, comprehensive development and care of children with disabilities. Measures for the social integration of children with disabilities are determined, which constitute the content of the relevant social services. It is noted that the relevant measures require the use of various instruments of influence of a social, legal, medical, pedagogical and psychological nature. It is emphasized that the integration of children with disabilities into society is one of the main directions of state policy in the field of social work with families, children and youth. The approaches used in the provision of social services and the implementation of measures for the social integration of children with disabilities are highlighted (systematicity, comprehensiveness, variability, corrective orientation, optimization of participation, development and strengthening of individual resources, provision of a favorable environment, involvement of the individual in interaction with the environment, provision of proper support for a child with disabilities, consideration of their individual characteristics of development, communication, behavior and needs). Attention is focused on the special role of the family in the social integration of children with disabilities on the need for its support, counseling, training of parents/representatives of a child with disabilities regarding the characteristics of their development, interaction with family members. It is noted that the development of existing and experimental implementation of new social services, active participation of parents in the process of upbringing and socialization of children with disabilities will contribute to their social integration and full participation in the life of society
