ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ІНСТРУМЕНТІВ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ В ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ФАХІВЦІВ ІЗ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ

Метою статті є вивчення можливостей інструментів ШІ та особливостей їхнього впровадження у структуру сучасної соціальної роботи з урахуванням етичних, організаційних та компетентнісних аспектів, її предметом – специфіка вищезазначених інструментів щодо низки аспектів: надання соціальних послуг, підтримки ухвалення рішень та оптимізації професійної діяльності. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у комплексному підході до імплементації інноваційного інструментарію (зокрема, на базі штучного інтелекту) до соціальної роботи як складної системи етичних, організаційних та інших аспектів. Проведене дослідження підтвердило доцільність імплементації інструментів ШІ у соціальну роботу, окресливши умови розгортання цього процесу. Серед переваг нами виділено підвищення ефективності виробничих процесів соціальної роботи: зокрема, соціального супроводу, оптимізації поточної діяльності (до прикладу, заповнення документації, аналіз даних тощо) та розширення можливостей прогнозування потенційних ризиків. Разом з тим, окреслений процес вимагає комплексного підходу, паралельного розвитку цифрової інфраструктури, підвищення кваліфікації кадрів та розробки супровідної документації (першою чергою, нормативно-правової бази) щодо використання таких технологій при роботі з вразливими групами населення. Перспективи подальших досліджень пов’язані із детальним аналізом джерел (ЄС та України) для локалізації практик, стратегій тощо, які можна застосувати на українському підґрунті; виявленням прогалин нормативно-правової бази України та розробки рекомендацій щодо створення певних документів (законів, постанов, протоколів та тому подібного). Останні здатні унормувати, стабілізувати впровадження інноваційних інструментів ШІ у практику соціальної роботи, забезпечивши стрункість, послідовність та логічність цього процесу.
