FEATURES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING OF CLIENTS OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES

Abstract

The article presents a theoretical analysis of psychological counseling of clients of various categories, the purpose of which is to provide psychological help, that is, a conversation with a psychologist should help a person solve his problems and establish interpersonal relationships with others. It has been proven that the family situation, satisfaction with married life also affect the presence of a person’s suicidal threat. It is described that suicidal behavior is a volitional act, the structure of which includes suicidal thoughts, plans, intentions, parasuicide, completed suicide. Suicidal behavior is a dynamic process and consists of the following stages: stage of suicidal tendencies, stage of suicidal actions, stage of post-suicidal crisis. The results of the diagnostic method made it possible to determine the indicators of the tendency to suicidal behavior, high scores were found in seven subjects, which proves the tendency of the respondents to suicidal behavior. Such persons are recommended to contact specialists. The purpose of psychological counseling always depends on the needs of the client and the theoretical orientation of the counselor. Areas of application of psychological counseling: mental and spiritual development of the child; existential and personal problems of a teenager; marriage, family and family; issues of mental and personal health; psychological assistance to the dying and psychotherapy of irreparable distress; problems of old age; prisons, hospitals, barracks, student campuses; psychological help and support in crisis situations; school counseling; professional counseling; management consulting. An important aspect of the effectiveness of the conducted consultation is the presence of such significant personal changes, which are accompanied by emotions of satisfaction, joy, inspiration, improvement of the emotional background of the worldview, well-being.
