PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING IN WARTIME CONDITIONS: GENDER ASPECT

The article is devoted to the analysis of psychological support for specialized education in wartime conditions. The influence of stress factors on the psycho-emotional state of students is considered, and the main approaches to providing psychological support are also highlighted. In conditions of martial law, the need to develop and implement effective mechanisms for psychological support for students is growing, as well as to create favorable conditions for their professional self-determination in general education institutions. In this context, the concept of psychological resilience proposed by S. Maddy is considered, which is based on three key aspects of adaptation to crisis situations: control, involvement and challenge. Statistical data are presented, reflecting the scale of negative psychological consequences among children and adolescents in Ukraine. Special attention is paid to practical methods of strengthening emotional resilience, in particular, the use of art therapy and body-oriented therapy as effective tools of psychological assistance. The methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science “On the activities of the service in the education system in the 2022/2023 academic year” are analyzed. Examples of the use of digital technologies, in particular mobile applications, are given. The use of technologies in a specialized school can help reduce the level of emotional exhaustion of students, improve the quality of their sleep, and increase the level of psychological well-being. The study “Sexual differentiation of neural mechanisms of stress sensitivity during puberty” is analyzed. Special attention is paid to gender differences in experiencing crisis situations and their impact on adaptation to the educational process. The article contains practical recommendations for ensuring the emotional well-being of high school students and facilitating their adaptation to specialized training in war conditions.
