Abstract

In this article explained, that teenagers in technology of social education “Build the future together” receive integrating competence (lawful, communicative, mundane, social) of personality that provides an ability: 1) to responsibly, effectively realize rights and duties in all aspects of everyday life; 2) effectively communicate with people in all expects of life; 3) successfully resolve different tasks at all age stages in all parts of everyday life; 4) successfully work together with partners in groups, team, complete different social roles and functions (citizen, pupil, the older of social organization and so on). Stated the specifics of technology of social education “Build the future together” of children and teenagers: 1) purpose-full; 2) modular; 3) group; 4) interactive. Stated that development, forming of competence (lawful, communicative, mundane, social) of personality in realization of technology of social education “Build the future together” of children and teenagers is depending on the following conditions: 1) the level of professional competence of the subject of realization of this technology; 2) diagnostic of level of development of stated competence in children of the targeted group in the beginner and finisher state; 3) effectiveness of partnership of the subjects on objects of this technology; 4) optimal quantity of participants of the targeted group (15–20 members); 5) social demographic characteristics (age, gender, nationality, the place of living, complicated life situations) of children in the targeted group; 6) individual specifics (needs, motives, interests, abilities, qualities) of members of the targeted group; 7) optimizing and effective of way to teach a training course; 8) following the time of the beginning and end, length, periodic of training course; 9) optimal and effective use of methods, tools of social education of personality in the structure of training courses; 10) methodical, materialistic, technical supplementation in realization of this technology.
