Abstract

The article focuses on training technologies that can become an effective means of high-quality professional development of educators, but subject to updating the methodology of their organisation, preparation and implementation in the educational sphere. It is emphasised that the national education system has extensive experience in organising and conducting trainings, but it was associated with peaceful life. According to the authors, researchers do not pay enough attention to the study of training technologies in the context of war as a crisis situation, their impact on the professional development of teachers in the dynamic and turbulent aspects of modern life. In addition, attention is drawn to the collective work of the training group, which should ultimately form a certain vision of the topic of discussion, as well as to the differences between traditional teaching and training sessions. It is emphasised that trainings allow participants to develop creative and critical thinking, the ability to communicate with each other, express their own opinions, and exercise an individual approach, which is extremely important in the crisis situations of human life that the Ukrainian people and national education in particular are currently experiencing. The authors describe certain types of trainings that, in their opinion, are relevant and interesting for teachers in the context of a full-scale war, including groups of personal growth trainings, socio-psychological trainings, trainings in professional pedagogical communication, etc. An attempt is made to reveal some of the issues of conducting trainings in a remote format, which became possible due to the massive use of information and communication technologies in the educational sphere, and attention is drawn to the positive and negative aspects of online learning technologies. In particular, it is noted that online learning allows creating a safe environment for its participants, expanding geography, and saving time and financial costs. On the other hand, online learning cannot fully ensure direct contact, and some teaching methods are difficult to implement in this format. It has been established that the use of active and interactive learning methods through training allows it to become an effective means of high-quality professional development of teachers and educators of preschool education institutions as specialists.
