THE MEANS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION TO INCREASE THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING EFFICIENCY

Abstract

The article is aimed at analyzing such a form of the educational establishments organization as University complexes to determine their potential in process of the professional training efficiency enhancement as one of the means of the continuous education system implementation. It is acknowledged that the continuous education is usually implemented by means of curricular and educational programs integration under the condition of the systematic cooperation of all the educational levels and elements. It can, thus, make possible the comfortable and convenient transfer of students from one level to another. As a result of such integration and cooperation the role of the pre-professional training of future specialists in secondary schools and vocational schools (e.g., lyceums) increases greatly if their educational activity is closely connected to the activity in high educational establishments of a specific specialization and is associated with the specific conditions of a future workplace. So, under such conditions these educational establishments can actually become the first element in the system of the continuous professional education and training. It is determined that for the continuous education principles realization it is extremely important to establish the network cooperation between the establishments, i.e. there should be a definite coordination and system of connections between all the structurals of the educational complex established. The key feature of the educational complex is the inner integration both at the level of aims and at the level of the means of their achievement. It is proved that the organization of the educational process in an educational complex is quite efficient and reasonable due to the avoidance of the repetition and logical sequence of material organization, knowledge presentation and methods application. The professional growth of specialists is carried out gradually according to the different educational programs and embraces all the steps of professional training. The professional training efficiency is increased if organized in the conditions of an educational complex due to the coherence, integrity, adjustment of the curricula and educational programs at all levels of the continuous education system.
