Abstract

The article substantiates the need to highlight the pedagogical conditions for the development of soft skills of the senior preschool children’s teamwork at a preschool institution. The relevance and necessity of the development of soft skills of the senior preschool children’s teamwork are considered, modern scientific works on a research problem are analyzed. It was found that important pedagogical conditions for the formation of soft skills of the senior preschool children’s teamwork at a preschool institution are: providing subject-subject interaction between participants in the educational process (child – child, child – adult, child – group of children); creation of emotionally enriched, developmental educational environment aimed at the development of senior preschoolers to the fellowship and co-operation in a team; introduction of appropriate methodological support for the development of senior preschool children’s soft skills (team work-cooperation) at a preschool institution. To develop preschool children’s flexible skills in the educational process of the preschool institution, we consider the method of team building to be used. The relevance of this issue determined the choice of the topic of the qualification (master's) work "Development of senior preschool children’s soft skills". The issues mentioned above became the starting point of the ascertaining and formative stages of experimental research on preschool children’s soft skills formation. To determine the state of formation of soft skills of the senior preschool children’s teamwork at a preschool institution and to obtain data to create a methodology for the formative stage of the experiment, a confirmatory experiment was conducted. According to the mentioned above, the methodology of the ascertaining stage of the study included the following areas: work with parents of the senior preschool children, work with specialists of preschool education and work with senior preschool children.
