ECOLOGICAL AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A FACTOR OF EFFICIENCY OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATORS

Abstract

The formation of environmentally sound behavior as an integral part of the greening of modern education is the main challenge of the time. The article analyzes the ecological and educational environment as a factor in the effectiveness of professional training of future educators. It is established that the analysis of the concept of “educational environment” is determined by the following generic features: the specific environment of the educational institution; condition and means of teaching and education; system of influences and conditions of personality formation; a set of material, pedagogical and psychological factors of development and self-development of the individual; multilevel system of conditions that provides optimal parameters of educational activities; naturally and artificially created socio-cultural environment of man; substrate of individualized activity, which is a transition from the learning situation to life, etc. The interpretation of the concept of educational environment is determined – a set of conditions, factors, influences and opportunities that create the optimal space and situation of development of needs, interests and abilities of students, ensure their active position in the educational process, personal and professional development and self-development. It is concluded that the importance of environmental education in the training of future educators is a source of environmental education, a place of educational and extracurricular activities, environmental and environmental research, organization of various environmental practices of students, creating a creative atmosphere for learning, communication, research search for all subjects of the educational process, and modeling and organization of appropriate environmental education environment will promote the integration of components of students’ readiness to educate environmentally responsible behavior of preschoolers, mastery of professional and environmental values, development of readiness as a personal quality of future professionals.
