FORMS OF METHODOLOGICAL WORK WITH YOUNG TEACHERS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article specifies the essence of methodical work with young teachers in preschool education; the main approaches to its organization are highlighted and the semantic characteristics of its varieties are presented. The requirements for the organization of methodical work with young teachers in a modern preschool institution are outlined: innovation, dialogue, trust, creativity, focus on supporting individual development of teachers, providing the necessary space for independent decision-making, responsibility, competence. There are traditional (pedagogical councils, pedagogical readings, conferences, methodological seminars, methodological associations, schools of excellence, schools for young educators, initiative creative groups) and innovative (use of modern diagnostic techniques to identify the level of competence of educators; implementation of methodological support in kindergarden; involvement of a young teacher in innovative educational activities; improving self-education through the use of online resources) forms of organizing methodological work with young teachers in the conditions of preschool education. It is emphasized that only the right approach to the choice of content, forms and methods of methodical work, their rationally appropriate combination will eliminate gaps in theoretical knowledge and practical skills of young educators, achieve success and self-realization in the profession. It is emphasized that methodical work with young teachers in preschool education should focus on: updating the content of preschool education, study and application of educational technologies; deepening and expanding the knowledge of young educators, activating their creative potential; organization of an effective educational space for children; innovative activity of specialists, etc.
