TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES

The article describes the peculiarities of training of future specialists in preschool education. The problem of training the educators to use innovative technologies has been analyzed and its systematic solution has been offered, which allows improving the formation of the content and pedagogical tools of professional training of the specialists. The peculiarities of the implementation of innovations in preschool education have been emphasized; the requirements for educators of preschool institutions in the context of their implementation of educational innovations have been outlined; modern tendencies of training of future educators of preschool institutions for innovative pedagogical activity in foreign theory and practice have been revealed. The leading role of the newest technologies in the practice of preschool education and the expediency of their use by preschool education specialists has been determined. The directions of improving the content of training the future educator to implement modern technologies in preschool institutions have been outlined. Thus, one of the most important tasks facing a higher educational institution today is to train a specialist capable of carrying out innovative professional activities. This problem is especially urgent in the aspect of training teachers for the preschool education system. Peculiarities of implementation of innovations in preschool education, expediency of requirements for preschool educators, which are a reflection of their ability to develop, test, implement and apply pedagogical innovations, require special training of future preschool education specialists for innovative pedagogical activities. The formation of readiness for innovative pedagogical activities should begin at the stage of professional training at higher pedagogical education institutions, which requires the projecting and practical implementation of the appropriate system of training future teachers for innovative pedagogical activities, taking into account the direction of training and specialty.
