AXIOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF THE PHENOMENOLOGY OF SUPPORT GROUPSʼ ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

The article outlines the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the axiological determinants of support groupsʼ phenomenology during wartime conditions. Three fundamental mechanisms of axiological determinantsʼ influence on group support effectiveness are identified: value integration, existential reframing, and social consolidation. These mechanisms are proven to provide not only therapeutic effects of group work, but also contribute to forming a new social reality under wartime conditions. The study presents a comparative analysis of axiological determinants of group support in peacetime versus wartime. Fundamental differences in group dynamics and value orientations are revealed: the transformation of dominant values from individual development to collective survival and mutual support; changes in group interaction patterns from structured to crisis-oriented; reorientation of psychological work focus from personal issues to traumatic experiences and existential crises. The transformation of the value-semantic sphere is established to have a systemic nature, manifesting at cognitive (reassessment of life values), emotional (strengthening empathic connections), and behavioral (development of adaptive mechanisms) levels of group interaction. Specific phenomena of group dynamics in the context of working with war trauma are identified: value consolidation, existential resonance, and traumatic growth. These phenomena are substantiated to reflect deep processes of traumatic experience transformation and formation of new adaptive mechanisms in the group context. Practical recommendations for implementing a three-level model of facilitator training are developed, including competency development in value integration, existential reframing skills formation, and social consolidation abilities development. Methodological recommendations are formulated regarding the creation of safe spaces for traumatic growth, formation of value-oriented approaches to group work, and integration of culturally specific aspects.
