ВІКАРНА ТРАВМА У СОЦІАЛЬНІЙ РОБОТІ: МІЖ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЮ ЕМПАТІЄЮ ТА САМОЗБЕРЕЖЕННЯМ

У статті розглядається феномен вікарної травми у соціальній роботі як один із ключових викликів професійної діяльності в умовах тривалих криз і військових конфліктів. Вікарна травма (англ. vicarious trauma) трактується як опосередкований психологічний вплив, що виникає внаслідок систематичної взаємодії фахівців із травматичним досвідом клієнтів і проявляється у змінах емоційного стану, когнітивних уявлень та професійного самопочуття. Метою дослідження є вивчення рівня теоретичної обізнаності та практичної підготовленості фахівців соціальної роботи щодо феномену вікарної травматизації, а також аналіз наявних стратегій професійного самозахисту і використання супервізійної підтримки. Емпіричну основу становить кількісне дослідження, проведене у формі передтренінгового опитування 54 фахівців соціальної сфери. Результати дослідження свідчать про наявність розриву між усвідомленням ризиків вікарної травми та практиками її профілактики. Виявлено помірний рівень теоретичної обізнаності респондентів і водночас недостатню сформованість навичок системної психосоціальної гігієни. Лише незначна частка фахівців має чітко структуровані стратегії саморегуляції та регулярно використовує їх у професійній діяльності. Також зафіксовано обмежене використання супервізії як інструменту підтримки та низький рівень сформованості навичок формування супервізійного запиту. Водночас більшість респондентів усвідомлює взаємозв’язок між власним психоемоційним станом і якістю надання послуг клієнтам. Зроблено висновок про необхідність переходу від реактивних до проактивних підходів у забезпеченні психологічної безпеки фахівців соціальної роботи. Обґрунтовано доцільність посилення освітньої підготовки, розвитку індивідуальних стратегій самозбереження, інституціоналізації супервізійної підтримки та впровадження травмоінформованого організаційного середовища
