INTERSECTORAL COOPERATION AT THE COMMUNITY LEVEL ON COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION OF VETERANS

The article identifies and describes the main actors (local authorities, communities, higher education institutions, healthcare institutions, social institutions and the public, veterans) of the system of intersectoral cooperation at the community level for the comprehensive rehabilitation of veterans (medical rehabilitation, social rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, psychological rehabilitation, socio-cultural rehabilitation, socio-pedagogical rehabilitation, educational rehabilitation, family rehabilitation). The experience of the Uman city territorial community on the functioning of the mechanism of comprehensive rehabilitation of veterans is summarized: medical rehabilitation (medical treatment; prosthetics; services of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team); social rehabilitation (a wide network of social services and social institutions; provision of technical and other means of rehabilitation; services of rehabilitation centres; inclusive rehabilitation and social tourism service; counselling and information; ensuring barrier-free community); vocational rehabilitation (employment services, There is a job grant program); educational rehabilitation (primary or additional education; career guidance; advanced training; services of the Veteran Development Center based on higher education institutions); socio- pedagogical rehabilitation (volunteer and community activities; self-help groups; social education and socialization); socio-cultural rehabilitation (forming a culture of mutual support in the community; integration of business, s, and the public); family rehabilitation (social support for families, support for veterans' wives and their family members, creation of spaces for family leisure, recreation and health services); psychological rehabilitation (individual consultations, training activities, joint meetings, creation of a veteran hub).
