DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS FOR ASSESSING THE STATE OF THE SOCIAL COMPETENCE FORMATION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of formation and diagnostics of social competence of future social workers in the process of professional training. Scientific approaches to the diagnosis of social competence of future specialists are analyzed. The criteria for the formation of motivational and value, cognitive-activity and personality-reflexive components of the social competence of future social workers. The diagnostic toolkit is revealed to determine the state of the formation of social competence of future social workers, which was developed taking into account the formulated concept of «social competence of the future social worker», its content characteristics, structure, in accordance with criteria and indicators.
