FEATURES OF DISTANCE EDUCATION IN THE TRAINING OF FUTURE MUSIC TEACHERS IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article examines the features of distance training of teachers of musical art in the conditions of digitalization of education. The relevance of the study is due to the need to adapt traditional pedagogical methods to the conditions of online learning, which is becoming an important component of the modern educational process. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of distance training of pedagogical personnel in the field of musical art and to determine effective approaches to the formation of their professional and digital competence in the conditions of digitalization of education. The main problems faced by teachers and students of musical disciplines are investigated, in particular, technical difficulties, limited ability to assess practical skills and lack of effective communication in the online environment. The article also substantiates effective pedagogical approaches that contribute to the development of digital competence in future teachers of musical art, in particular through the use of interactive platforms, online workshops and digital tools. The need to improve teacher training through specialized trainings and courses focused on interactivity and independent learning is identified. The conclusion is made about the importance of constant support and development of teachers’ pedagogical skills to ensure the effectiveness of distance learning, which allows maintaining the high quality of music education. The main goal of the article is to analyze the possibilities of distance education for the formation of professional and digital competence of future teachers of musical art, as well as to offer effective tools and strategies for overcoming challenges that arise in the process of distance learning. The results of the study emphasize the importance of constant improvement of methodological approaches and technologies in the training of teachers in the field of musical art. In addition, the prospects for the further development of distance learning in the context of the digitalization of education are highlighted, and the need to integrate the latest technologies into the educational process to ensure its effectiveness is emphasized.
