Abstract

In the article, entrepreneurship is considered in terms of personality traits of the individual and his ability to manage the work of a team or team. Entrepreneurial competence is manifested in the ability of the individual to turn ideas into action; it encompasses creativity, innovation, and risk-taking, as well as the ability to plan and manage projects to achieve a specific goal. It has been proven that the formation of entrepreneurial competence was successful and should use the latest forms of work, including training: business training, management, leadership and corporate training. The training of the future teacher should include both the formation of a system of knowledge and skills in the chosen specialty, and the development of personality qualities. Entrepreneurial competence involves the realization of abilities that are disclosed in the article. Consideration of the structure of entrepreneurial competence serves to define the leading tasks and the content of its formation, which should be characterized by the focus on creating conditions for self-realization, self-development, to become an original personality, ready to solve vital problems. The structure of entrepreneurial competence consists of the components described in the article. The presented list of components of entrepreneurial competence of future teachers makes it possible to specify the pedagogical conditions and create a program for the development of entrepreneurial competence, aimed at gaining practical experience of entrepreneurial activity. Among the forms of education it is necessary to give preference to involving students in the development of business plans, practice skills of creating business projects in order to form entrepreneurial thinking in the process of planning the development of commercial enterprises and in cooperation with entrepreneurs; modeling of fragments of entrepreneurial activity during research work, master's practice, development of course and other educational projects.
