Purpose. The aim of the article is to assess the impact of digital resources in educational libraries as a key tool supporting the New Ukrainian School under martial law in Ukraine. The study focuses on the accessibility of digital resources, their integration into curricula, teacher training, as well as social and educational outcomes, such as student engagement and academic achievement. Emphasis is placed on the role of library digital resources in addressing educational disparities and ensuring continuity of learning. Methods. A systematic analysis of scientific studies was conducted using various methodological approaches: analytical, comparative, descriptive, and synthetic. Models of integrating digital library resources into curricula, the level of teachers’ digital competence, and their impact on student engagement and academic outcomes were examined. Special attention was paid to barriers to access to digital library resources and factors contributing to their effective use in schools affected by the war. Results. Library digital resources play a key role, providing access to learning materials even with limited infrastructure; access is uneven, integration is moderate and constrained by teachers’ readiness and infrastructure; development of digital competence is critically important, though training remains fragmented; resources positively affect student engagement and academic achievement, though the effect is mitigated by psychosocial stressors. Conclusions. Digital resources in educational libraries are a crucial factor in ensuring continuous and equitable learning under wartime conditions, with technological, pedagogical, and psychosocial factors interacting to shape educational quality. Coordinated large-scale teacher training, infrastructure investments, and integrated socio-emotional support for students are necessary for effective use of digital resources. The study highlights the importance of library digital resources as a strategic tool for enhancing the resilience and effectiveness of education in crisis conditions.
