Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition and substantiation of the theoretical foundations of the use of F. Frobel's didactic materials for the logical and mathematical development of children in different age groups of preschool education. It is determined that the main point for the mathematical development of the preschooler is the mechanism of mastering different types and forms of activity, the ability to show independence, initiative, creativity. The didactic material “Gifts of Froebel” and its practical value are described. The requirements for the use of materials and didactic games of a teacher in a modern preschool institution in the conditions of different age groups in the context of logical and mathematical development are determined. By applying logic and mathematical games with the materials of F. Froebel, the individualization of educational influences on the child is carried out. This is the basis for organizing the development and education of children in different age groups of preschool education, building a pedagogical process that takes into account the child's personality, personal preferences and at the same time achieve cognitive tasks for each child facing the teacher. It is generalized that building work on teaching children in groups of children of different preschool age through the use of different game situations, didactic games, game exercises and tasks, we get a practical learning outcome and make the child's activities more relevant and meaningful to her. The high significance of the study and further implementation in practice of working with children of the theoretical and methodological heritage of F. Froebel – on the problem of activating the intellectual, cognitive, logical and mathematical development of preschool children is substantiated.
