Abstract

The article is devoted to solving the problem of the formation of creative competence of specialists in preschool education, which will contribute to the improvement of professional training in the master’s degree. The research is aimed at increasing the level of creative potential of the master of preschool education, which in the future activity determines the readiness for constant self-improvement and a creative approach to the organization and implementation of pedagogical activities in the conditions of the preschool education institution. Summarizing the approaches of scientists, the concept of creative competence of a preschool education specialist is defined as an integrative quality of a personality aimed at the unity of motivation for creative pedagogical activity, readiness to solve problems that arise in the educational process of a preschool education institution, rethinking the pedagogical experience of working with children of early and preschool age with in order to improve them and increase the efficiency of their own professional activity. One of the interactive methods used in the pedagogical process of a higher school for the purpose of developing the creative qualities of a specialist is a pedagogical task. It is one of the most effective means of organizing problembased learning in the process of professional training, because it requires only minimal effort and time, but in terms of content it is in no way inferior to other methods. The following organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the creative competence of a specialist in preschool education with the help of pedagogical tasks are summarized: scientific and methodological support for the creative activity of students in the learning process, the creation of a comfortable developmental environment by the teacher to ensure the effectiveness of the process of forming creative competence, providing experience of practical activities in the field of preschool education, stimulation and activation of independent creativity of education seekers. The educational and methodological manual “Pedagogical creativity and self-management of the organizer of preschool education” and methodical recommendations “Pedagogical tasks in the creativity of a specialist in preschool education” were developed as the basis for ensuring the condition of the availability of scientific and methodological support for the creative activity of students in the learning process in the context of using pedagogical tasks.
