Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problem of developing technical skills in the process of learning to play the piano. The authors identify the main problems that arise in the development of technical mastery and propose methodological principles for their solution. The work includes theoretical aspects of working on the pianist's technique in piano playing, such as correct posture and hand positioning, understanding playing mechanisms, sound production, and dynamics. The article identifies the main principles and methods that are most effective for developing performers' technical skills. The authors also offer practical recommendations for exercises to develop piano playing technique, including warm-up exercises for the hands, finger gymnastics exercises, exercises to develop coordination and motor skills, exercises to expand the range of motion, exercises to develop speed and accuracy. The article can be useful for pianists of different levels who strive to improve their technical skills in piano playing, as well as for teachers who are looking for new methods and approaches to develop their students' playing technique.
