COMPONENTS OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE FUTURE TEACHER OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

The article highlights the essential characteristic of the integrated personal quality of a preschool teacher –competitiveness. The relevance of the chosen aspect of the study is due to the intensive expansion of international relations, Ukraine’s entry into the European space. Changes in the educational paradigm and direction of acquisition by specialists with higher education of a system of significant competencies. The article defines the specific purpose of the study, which is to summarize the existing scientific approaches to the essence of the competitiveness of the future employee of preschool education, with an emphasis on clarifying the components of the phenomenon under study. The methodological basis of the chosen aspect of the study is acmeological, axiological, competence approaches, involving the study of the declared aspect from the standpoint of professional maturity, value attitude to their activities and its results, comprehensive assimilation of various knowledge and methods of practical activity by improving their skills, acquiring a system of competencies. The scientific novelty of our research lies in the fact that for the first time the need for competitiveness as an important integrative quality of a preschool education professional has been scientifically substantiated. The expediency of the competence approach in the study of the definitions of “competitiveness”, the need to consider its essential characteristics in connection with such as: “professionalism”, “professional competence”, “competence”, “competence”, “personal and professional development”, “mobility”, “pedagogical skills” are substantiated. The author identified the key characteristics of concursionability, such as: flexibility, efficiency, emotionality, mobility, expressiveness, stability, reaction speed. The criteria and components of the structure of competitiveness are defined, namely: value-motivational, personality-reflexive, competence-activity.
