SYSTEMIC-TARGET MANAGEMENT IN AN OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract

The article presents a systematic and targeted approach to the management of the pedagogical process in an out-ofschool educational institution as a key factor in the formation of a student’s personality. The authors analyze the management structure of the institution from the standpoint of objective (collegial management body) and subjective (specific subjects of management activity) approaches. The functional features of the strategic, tactical, technological, operational and selfmanagement levels are determined, which ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the management process. Particular attention is paid to the role of the general meeting, pedagogical council and methodological councils as institutional management mechanisms, as well as the head of the circle as a key figure at the operational level. The importance of the diagnostic, analytical and projective activities of methodological councils in ensuring the professional development of teachers, the implementation of innovative educational practices and the formation of methodological culture is substantiated. A model of the organizational structure of system-targeted management is proposed, which contributes to increasing the efficiency of the educational process, developing a management culture, forming a favorable educational environment and ensuring the strategic orientation of the institution’s activities. It is emphasized that system-targeted management acts not only as an organizational mechanism, but also as a tool of pedagogical influence, which ensures a harmonious combination of strategic vision, tactical flexibility and operational efficiency in the implementation of the tasks of personal development of schoolchildren. The results of the study have practical value for heads of extracurricular educational institutions, methodologists, and teachers, and can also be used in the process of training managerial personnel in the field of education.
