THE USE OF THE MANAGEMENT CYCLE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER TRAINING

Abstract

An extremely important role in preparing a person for life and educational activities throughout the period of its operation belongs to primary school. That is why the concept of the New Ukrainian School envisages the reform of primary education. The allocation of two cycles in the activities of primary school is an important step in this direction. The first cycle (adaptation-game) includes first and second classes. The second – the main cycle of educational activities will be carried out in the third and fourth classes. These structural transformations will be effective provided that the agent of these changes will be the teacher. Higher education institutions are called upon to prepare specialists for activities in the new innovative environment. This, in turn, requires qualitative changes in the organization of the educational process in the IHE. It is clear that the educational process must be reoriented from the knowledge to the competence paradigm of the organization of the educational process. The transition from one condition to another is ensured by effective management. It should take place both at the institutional level and at the level of a particular professor. Therefore, the teacher of higher education has the function of manager of the educational process. He will be able to provide this function qualitatively, provided the implementation of the management cycle in the organization of the educational process. The purpose of the work. Based on the results of theoretical analysis of scientific sources to substantiate the essence of the management cycle in the implementation of the educational process of training future primary school teachers. The methodological basis of the research is systemic, activity, conceptual, competence scientific approaches; principles of scientific, objectivity, development, practicality; Laws of Ukraine «On Education», «On Higher Education», Concept of the New Ukrainian School; scientific works on didactics and methods of higher school; scientific research methods – analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, interpretation. The scientific novelty of the study is to substantiate the nature and features of the implementation of the management cycle in the educational process for the training of future primary school professionals. Conclusions. An integral part of the quality training of future primary school teachers is the educational process. Its effectiveness is ensured by the management component of the teacher of the IHE and his ability to implement the management cycle in the educational process.
