AESTHETIC CULTURE IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING OF A TEACHER

The article is devoted to the problem of the effectiveness of professional and pedagogical training of future primary school teachers of the New Ukrainian School. The authors clarified the content of the concept of "aesthetic culture, professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of the New Ukrainian School" and focused attention on issues related to the introduction of aesthetic culture into the educational process of future teachers of primary grades of the New Ukrainian School. The article highlights the essence and peculiarities of aesthetic culture in the system of professional training of pedagogical specialists. The publication states that in the context of the urgent, urgent requirements for the professional training of future primary school teachers of the New Ukrainian School, the problem of forming and improving the environmental culture of students in today's conditions is extremely relevant. The purpose of the study: to highlight the content of aesthetic culture in the system of professional and pedagogical training of specialists. The article examines the theoretical aspects of the aesthetic culture of schoolchildren in the process of creative activity, the formation of an aesthetic worldview. Literary sources and directions of aesthetic culture are highlighted. The problem of forming the aesthetic culture of future primary school teachers of the New Ukrainian School is characterized and revealed. The compliance of the training of the future primary school teacher of the New Ukrainian School with the requirements of the new State standard of primary general education (from July 24, 2019 No. 688) is being investigated. It has been proven that the value-aesthetic component, which includes worldview and emotional-aesthetic criteria, plays an important role in the structure of professional and pedagogical training of future primary school teachers of the New Ukrainian School.
