THE USE OF ONLINE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES IN THE TEACHING OF SPECIAL METHODS OF MATHEMATICS AND NATURAL SCIENCES IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING APPLICANTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE SPECIALTY 016 SPECIAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The substantiates relevance of the topic of the publication and its timeliness and practical is significanced in the article; according to the results of the analysis of scientific sources, a lack of relevant research in the context of the topic of the article was revealed also. The definitions and content of the phenomenon “information and communication technologies” (ICT) have been updated in the process of scientific research, and the definition of the concept of “information and communication technologies of study” (ICTS) were developed on its basis as a class of ICT intended for solving educational tasks. Have been focused on the use of Internet resources, which can be used in teaching special methods of mathematics education sphere and special methods of science education sphere in the process of training students of higher education in the specialty 016 Special Education in the publication. In particular, based on the analysis of the content and functional educational load of electronic educational resources, the content of network educational resources (NER) have been developed as a complex of network software and technical tools and electronic educational resources, including tools and resources of educational portals (sites). Attention have been focused on the software component of the NER. In the process of research, the main didactic tasks have been singled out, which allowed solving individual network resources. In particular: 1) ensuring access of teachers and students of education to a variety of educational, reference, and educational information presented in a variety of forms; 2) planning, organizing and carrying out educational activities; 3) improving the quality of educational and educational influence, supplementing and diversifying its means, stimulating the motivation of education seekers; 4) stimulating the desire for self-education, promoting the formation of an individual educational trajectory of those seeking higher education in the specialty 016 Special Education; 5) promotion of academic mobility, stimulation of joint educational/self-educational activities of education seekers, etc., with the allocation of specific NERs to solve these tasks. And also – a specific example of a task with the use of NER have been given. The issues of further research in the context of the topic of the publication also were outlined.
