KEY FUNCTIONING PARAMETERS OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Abstract

The article highlights the leading provisions in relation to the educational and developmental environment of the PEI, which acts as an important source and factor of influence on a child’s personal development. The purpose of the article is the generalization of scientific approaches to the essence of the concept of «educational and developmental environment of the preschool education institution» and substantiation of the key parameters of its effectiveness. The article emphasizes the main idea: modernization of the modern system of preschool education is impossible without the activity of the educational and developmental environment of PEI. On the basis of the generalization of theoretical and methodological developments, there were clarified the initial concepts of the functioning of the educational and developmental environment of the preschool education institution, and its functional direction has also been clarified. The key concept in the functioning of the educational and developmental environment of modern preschools is defined as a humanistically oriented approach – child-centrism, where subject-subject relationships are decisive, and the constant creation of a situation of success is the key factor in the preschooler's self-realization in the educational and developmental environment. In the content of the article, it is highlighted the leading principles and pedagogical conditions for the successful implementation of the life activities of preschoolers in the educational and developmental environment of PEI. There are made conclusions and prospects for further study of the stated problem are outlined. It is summarized that the guiding principle of the organization of activities of the educational and developmental environment should be the orientation towards a personal oriented model of learning and education.
