РROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PRIMARY GRADES FOR WORK IN THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Abstract

The article highlights the issue of professional training of future primary school teachers to work in the New Ukrainian School. It is emphasized that the activity of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School should first of all be aimed at the versatile development of the personality of the students of primary education, at helping them in their personal development, at educating patriots, innovators, ready for conscious life choices and self-realization, labor activity and civic activity. In the scientific investigation, the main requirements and features of the preparation of future primary school teachers for end-to-end pedagogical activities in the New Ukrainian School were considered, and the list of socio-professional roles and tasks of the teacher of NUS was clarified. It is emphasized that a modern teacher should combine the following competencies: a tutor as a tutor who fills in the gaps in the subject competencies of students, a facilitator as an assistant in the process of group self-study, a coach as a trainer who inspires and motivates to achieve the goal and achieve the desired successful results, a mentor as a partner who sets the right achievable goals, helps to independently achieve positive results for individual growth, a moderator as a group leader, an organizer of conditions for successful learning, an adviser as an advisor, a consultant in the process of mastering an educational program, a supervisor as a professional consultant who helps, supports, teaches new things and shares experience in fulfilling the requirements of professional and educational standards. It is summarized that the performance of various socio-professional roles by the teacher, depending on the conditions and needs of the educational process, expands the professional capabilities of teachers and contributes to the versatile development of students of primary education, forms the ability to independently acquire knowledge, the desire for self-improvement and lifelong learning, readiness for conscious life choices, self-realization, future labor activity and civic activity.
